Questions
Who owns my website, domain and content?
You do. You own your domain, hosting, website content and your Google and social media accounts. We work inside them as an added user and never move them into a Novvo account.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
No. You add us as a user. We never ask for your passwords by email or text.
What happens to my data if we stop working together?
It stays yours. Your reviews, ad history, analytics and customer leads stay in your accounts when our work ends.
How does cancelling work?
The monthly service is month to month. Cancel with 30 days' notice. An email is enough, and there's no fee for cancelling. You pay only for the 30 days of notice. Add-ons work the same way.
Can I cancel an add-on on its own?
Yes. You can cancel an add-on without cancelling anything else.
What if I want to stop a one-time job partway through?
Tell us by email. If we haven't started, you get a full refund. If we've started a Site Fix-up, it isn't refunded, and you keep the work that's done. If we've started a Local Site, the first payment isn't refunded and you don't owe the second payment, and you keep everything we've built so far.
What does reporting look like?
You get a weekly written update and a monthly report in plain English, covering what we did and what we're checking next.
Do one-time jobs get reports?
You get a written update every week while the work runs, and a written list of every change when the job is done.
Do you promise more calls or a higher ranking?
No. Google decides rankings and ads, so nobody can promise those. We promise to do the work in your proposal with care and tell you in writing what we did.
We only ask your customers for real reviews, and we never offer anything in return for one.
